Referral Form

If you are a client’s regular veterinarian and wish to transfer a patient to Central Island Veterinary Emergency Hospital for overnight care, further diagnostics, or other, please complete this form. Once received, we will return an estimate for you to present to the client, so they have an idea of the approximate cost of care and the services provided.

If you have any questions about the referral of specific cases, feel free to phone ahead and speak to one of our veterinarians.

Hours of Operation

This location is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Parking and Hospital Access

We have ample free parking outside of the main entrance. Our hospital is entirely set on the ground level, although if you need assistance moving yourself or your pet into the building, just let our reception team know.

Note: The main hospital door is locked at 12:00 am, but there is always an emergency team on-site at all times of the day. If you are arriving after this time, please ring the doorbell and one of our team members will come out to you immediately.
