Mya joined the CIVEH team in December of 2019 to continue with her love of working with animals. She is currently thinking about pursuing a career as a Registered Veterinary Technician.
When not at the clinic, Mya can be found hanging out with her MexPup, Monty, who hasn't left her side since he was rescued in 2016. Monty was diagnosed with Addison's Disease back in August 2019. However, with some love and daily medications, he is now back to his happy, healthy self. Monty enjoys joining Mya when she is at the barn riding. Mya has competed in dressage on the Island and mainland and even went to BC Summer Games in 2018 representing Vancouver Island.

- If possible, please call us at 250-933-0913 to let us know you are on the way so that we can be prepared to meet you upon your arrival at the hospital.
- When you arrive, please stay in your vehicle in our parking lot and call 250-933-0913, and we'll come to you.
- If you do not have a phone or your pet's emergency is immediately life-threatening, please come to the front door and ring the bell located to the right of the door.
