Born and raised in Nanaimo, Lane has spent her career solely in the veterinary industry. The pet insurance providers’ annual awards dinner for the Veterinary Excellence Awards at VMX in Orlando, Florida, highlighted Lane in 2019 for being awarded the Receptionist of the Year!

Starting off as a veterinary receptionist of a busy general veterinary practice, Lane transitioned into our busy 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital. After working as our Lead Receptionist, she took on the role of being the face of Client Experience and Public Relations for CIVEH. With such attention to detail, experience in handling challenging situations and having built strong relationships with clients, she excels in this new position.

Outside of the office, Lane cares for her fur-family Georgia and Fonzie. She enjoys time spent with close friends and travelling.

Hours of Operation

This location is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Parking and Hospital Access

We have ample free parking outside of the main entrance. Our hospital is entirely set on the ground level, although if you need assistance moving yourself or your pet into the building, just let our reception team know.

Note: The main hospital door is locked at 12:00 am, but there is always an emergency team on-site at all times of the day. If you are arriving after this time, please ring the doorbell and one of our team members will come out to you immediately.
